This adjustable stabilizer and surface protector is designed for use with extension ladders. It features an aluminum construction and meets ANSI and OSHA standards. The stabilizer can be adjusted to span a range of 49, 57, or 65 inches, and the stand-off distance can be adjusted to either 12 or 29 1/2 inches.

The rectangular stabilizer is able to span double windows, and the stand-off distance can be quickly converted to accommodate larger overhangs. The product is easy to mount and comes complete with one stabilizer, rubber pads, fleece bonnets, mounting hardware, and instructions.

This stabilizer is compatible with Werner Aluminum Extension Ladders in the following series: D716-2, D1100, D1200, D1300, D1500, D500-2 (20-foot to 24-foot), D1700-2EQ, and D1800-2EQ. The stabilizer can accommodate ladder rails up to 3 inches by 1 3/16 inches in size.
